    My worst car buying experience ever. Forty-one texts back and forth and several emails. It went on for approx. six hours total and still did not get done. They charge $1199 dealer fee and tried to charge me a $806 DMV fee when my last vehicle was around $90 for a tag transfer. I had renewed my tag three weeks earlier. They lied to me and said by law they had to charge the $1199 fee for Florida when every dealership for the same make charges $895. They disclosed the $806 DMV fee only after I sent my deposit. I cancelled, not wanting to do business with a dishonest company.

    Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.The experience the first day in purchasing a vehicle started out well with good customer service. I was excited about the new car I had purchased. We were sent all of the finance documents quickly and we quickly signed. We were told we would get condition photos before the car was sent. Communication stopped from there. I had to pull teeth to get answers from customer service and they never gave me a date when the vehicle would arrive which seems reasonable when you are ordering a vehicle online. 2.5 weeks after ordering we were given condition photos of the vehicle. All of the photos were hairline scratches and close *** and you couldnt see what was what but we didnt see anything glaringly wrong with the vehicle. We proceeded in the process. 1 month later the vehicle arrived with little to no communication with when it would arrive. The vehicle arrived damaged from shipping which was the shipping companys fault but it was just one more thing. Long story short, there was damage to the vehicle that was never disclosed by Driveway. We requested for them to take the car back citing the undisclosed damage and they refused to refund us the $1500 shipping charge. By the way, it is in their return policy that they will waive the return shipping fee if there is damage undisclosed. They are holding us liable for the shipping fee and refusing to take the car back without us paying for it to be shipped back. They lied about what had been disclosed as far as damage. Had I known about the damage I would not have purchased the vehicle. This whole process has been a nightmare and I wouldnt wish this upon anyone. They did offer to fix the shipping damage and gave us $500 in consolation but to fix all of the undisclosed damage is $3,000 which I got a quote on. They wanted to get the car off the lot, so they fudged it and now Im stuck with a car I never would have purchased anyway.

    NEVER PURCHASE HERE. I found a vehicle through this company, did all the necessary paper work and deposits, added the vehicle to my insurance then spent days trying to get information on when deliver would be. Finally the deliver driver reached out and told me sorry there was a mix up this vehicle was sold to someone else. I have now spent several days with barely any answers and constantly being told someone would call me back. I have not recieved my money back or the vehicle I purchased. and the real kicker is the vehicle that they sold me then turned around and said whoops it was already sold is now listed back for sale on their website. and once again I am told someone will reach back out to me about it. Well I am waiting. At this point I feel I have been completely scammed by this company. THEY SOLD ME AN ALREADY SOLD CAR, SAID WHOOPS AND STILL HAVE THIS CAR LISTED AS FOR SALE!!!! YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VEHICLE OR A REFUND. 100% SCAM DEALERSHIP AT THIS POINT!! STAY AWAY!!They did finally reach out said the vehicle they sold me was sold instead to a friend of the dealerships gm and they offered to try to make it and find another vehicle. The only catch was they would need more personal information from me for another loan to be approved. Which makes no sense if the information provided the first time was okay then you shouldn't need even more of my personal information the second time! They have claimed to issue a refund and cancel the loan on the vehicle that was sold to me but not delivered though I have yet to receive proof of this.

    I am from **** and bought online with Driveway and the service from start to finish including delivery of my vehicle was TOP NOTCH! **** and ******* was fantastic to work with, very timely with answered questions and paperwork! ******* from dispatch was awesome! This was my first time buying from them and I was VERY IMPRESSED! Much Love from ****!

    You couldnt pay me to use this company ever again. No follow **** no answers to questions, not even an automated email follow up when selecting your loaner company. When you finally do get a reply from customer service they give you an attitude for asking basic questions. Its hard to believe this company is legitimate with how poorly everything is run. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
