The purchase of a washer and dryer occurred 2/8/2023 and the same day these purchased items were delivered by Capital Appliances to the Life Storage storage facility near the location that I thought I was initially moving into, **************. I was told the apartment has washer and dryer hookups yet that I would be the one who would buy the washer dryer to be installed at the location. I had made an arrangement with Capital Appliances that since I was told it would be 5 to 6 months before I could move into my new apartment that they would bring the washer and dryer located on the same street the apartment complex was to store. Located within one half mile from the Life Storage facility on ****************. in *******. Then once I moved into ************** they would come and get the machines out of storage then take it to ************** where they would complete the installation of the the washer and dryer for me. On 6/22/2023 I went to the Capital Appliances to pick of the accessories. This is when the sales person began to question my honesty. So I told the sales person that I would go double check inside the storage facility to see if the accessories were there. The sales person said they could offer proof for the sale of the accessories a photo of the sale, yet only the washer and dryer and not the accessories were included in the photo. Once I arrived at the storage facility I asked the sales person if they would accompany me to the storage location of the washer and dryer and would they be a witness if the accessories were there. They witnessed me take photo evidence that the accessories were not with the machines. The employee called the sales person at Capital Appliances and told them that there was no accessories with the washer and dryer. The sales person began telling the storage employee that I am a liar and a thief. The sales person still refused to give over to e my purchase.I have come to the BBB for help.
