Geovani *******, claiming to be the owner operator of The Arbol Company (tree service) but state ***** says ****** Marleny ****** *********. On 5/2/2025, removed 7 trees and picked up three partial trees cut prior. He insisted he is to be paid and not the company. Paid $9,200.00. Stated he would clean up and return things to their places, and repair damage. He left for "another appointment" when it was time for the walk-through. Has stated three times he would come back... never has! Tried calls and texts many times. Also acknowledged he does not pay taxes on the money he gets. TOO MUCH TO LIST HERE!! Geovani, got the trees cut. LITTLE CLEAN UP, no replacing things, no repairs : Topsoil dirt removed when scooping up cut trees; deep ruts from spinning the wheels of his Bobcat , Dug out a bed of white pea gravel while scooping up a lumber pile and left same dumped twenty feet away. Little regard for personal property - all hurry up! Dislodged deck cap plate: deep gash into base of large pine with his Bobcat bucket and two other trees; cracked solar lights removing them from the mounting stems; bent a blade by kicking on a wind spinner ornament; Large area of dead grass where a vehicle was parked probably dripping something.Part of the agreement was to provide three additional things: clean up the messes, repair damage, and put things back where they were. The trailer is still in the lawn, the lumber pile, along with dirt and pea gravel, is still 20 feet away to where he dumped it, the stone border of the parking area is still flattened/displaced, tree limbs still litter the ground',. HE LEFT SHORTLY AFTER BEING PAID WITH NO WALKTHROUGH. NEVER CAME BACK. insisted on paying him and not company. He did hand me a company flyer.CANNOT UPLOAD MORE PHOTOS

This company came to our home and removed trees in 2020 to remove trees. They hit our fence with their equipment and caused it damage that required repair. They asked us to allow them to fix it. Months passed and they never came so we contracted another business to do the repair at $925 and Arboral agreed to pay for it. Slowly we have received $20 to $50 payments by mail with no notable sequence. Sporadically really. The last check was in the summer of 2022. We are still owed about $600. The owner has never denied that he owes us and keeps saying he's mailing ********* it never came. We've asked for the final payment in a lump sum as we did not finance the repair and want to just recover what we spent. We are being ignored at this point. We have several text exchanges that prove acceptance of responsibility. More than I can attach here but I'd he happy to provide.
