  Had to choose 1 star, but wouldn't choose any for this Company!! People beware and at all cost, do not use Raleigh towing. I was rear ended and was in a state of shock, so I allowed the local law enforcement to call who they utilized to tow my vehicle. Obviously this Company is who they called. What a nightmare! Price gouging and praying on the innocent is definitely a real thing! I assume they probably get away with it because they typically get reimbursed from insurance companies, so they probably didn't expect to be questioned, but I did! I questioned every charge and they couldn't explain most to me. Some are self-explanatory like $250 towing fee. They did inform me that the storage fee was going to cost $45 / day for 10 days and after 10 days they start charging $90/per day. They NEVER told me about the $25 fuel surcharge, the $25 registration verification fee, the $50 pull out fee, and they charged me twice for a notification fee. One was $150 and the other was $50. Ms. ***** could not explain those fees to me, only that I had to pay them before I could get my vehicle out of storage. I learned of the fees the day I sent another tow company to retrieve my vehicle. I called them twice so I am guessing that is the notification fees? Not sure. Both times I called they gave me a price that included the $250 towing fee, that I had already paid them and only after questioning them did they remove that from my total. If I had not questioned that, I am sure I would have ended up paying it twice. So beware! My car sat in their lot for 12days and my grand total was $1180.00. They are price gouging and taking advantage of people. To add, my car was only towed approximately 2miles. The pull out fee, let's discuss. They informed me that my other tow man would have to call them 1 hour prior to arrival so they could "pull" my vehicle out. Let me explain. My car was in a gated area that two tow trucks could pass each other without any trouble in the gateway.

  This company is ran by incompetent people ,who have no solutions to unusual circumstances. Ex , car in wreck ,towed to their yard. They would not allow a verbal authorization to release car to insurance co. Some woman who said she was the owner cussed at me when I asked her what if I lived in *****, would she make me drive from ***** to **, to sign a release. These are some unusually stubborn idiots who run this place
