For those of you who contacted this professional and received great service, you got lucky. I called this morning and they told me they would not be able to assist me even though according to their website they should have been able to. I called with a bright chipper hello after reading great things about the business online, but the person answering the phone (*****) adamantly told me they would not assist me without even providing a consultation. It was a weird experience. Here is a quote from their website, "We offer a free consultation where we listen to your tax issue with compassion in a judgment-free atmosphere. We understand life happens and that sometimes tax issues are part of the journey!" The person who answered my call would not listen to my tax issue. I told her that the website indicated they provide consultations, but she told me she did not know what I was talking about and that they would not be able to help me. Oh well, I will move on to someone else. They may not be lacking for business, but at least they could provide the basics to a potential client by listening to their issue and determining if they could assist. Wow, my experience with this business was unnecessarily unpleasant. Oh well. I just thought everyone else should know just in case they have a good, bad, or other experience with this business. They certainly made a bad first impression on me (I read the reviews prior to reaching out and felt they would be a good fit for me).

Update: Following my review, the business owner (****** ******) later reached out to me directly and was warm, positive, and extremely helpful. She sought to better understand my customer service experience and addressed my questions related to her services. I was very impressed with my direct interaction with her. She mentioned that she spoke to her staff to investigate my customer experience and seemed to genuinely care about my initial encounter with her business.
