    Im not sure if this is the correct place to file a complaint. I currently rent from this property. There is a huge mold issue. Ive already contact the property managers for them to either fix the issues or transfer me to a different unit. I have kids who breathe this toxic mold. I already had a paid Mold inspector come and tested it. All Schrader properties did was paint over the mold. They refuse to transfer me units. Have not been answering my calls or calling me back. I eventually stopped calling. Theyre charging rent but wont fix the issues.

    On 4/10/25 we inspected the apartment and found some areas in need of repair.  The tenant was able to show us the areas of concern.  There are loose tiles in the bathroom and soft sheetrock that will need to be repaired.  The is damaged shoemolding/baseboard/sheetrock at the bottom of a wall in the kitchen.  In the exterior utility close the walls will need to be cleaned/bleached/re-painted.  We informed the tenant that maintenance would be returning and believe we are all on the "same page" as far as what needs to be done.  If she has further concerns she can put her concerns in writing to our office any time.

    I applied for a rental property and they took my money and never processed my application

    The customer applied for an apartment with us on approximately 11/6/23.  She paid a non-refundable application fee.  Unfortunately, after processing her application, her application was denied on 11/15/23.  This denial was communicated to the customer on 11/15/23.

    They are very rude, they do not fix anything. We are having a baby within the next couple of months they still haven't fixed the mold issue. they are no help at all when calling they will hang ** in your face. your not able to speak.

    We are disappointed to hear that the tenant had a frustrating interaction with our staff, we will continue to work on improving.  Prior to this complaint, we did not have any open or recent work orders for this apartment.  We have been to this apartment in the past for other maintenance issues.  Once this complaint was received, we immediately reached out to the tenant to get specifics on what the problem was.  The tenant reported seeing mold on the interior doors (eg. bedroom doors).  This turned out to not be mold, but some dirt/grime on the door frame.  Maintenance cleaned the door frames.  The tenant also showed maintenance streaks inside the toilet bowl.  Maintenance cleaned her toilet bowl.  We hope this resolves the tenant's concerns.

    The tenants living in the apartment infront of me have children who are involved with consuming and selling illegal substances in the laundromat. because this is where they conduct their business, they often turn off the appliances to make them unavailable for the other tenants to use. Apartment *** ********** ** ****** NC ***** and other friends in the same Schrader property buildings in the neighborhood are involved. I have called multiple times to file a complaint and requested them *e evicted and no one has done anything or even gotten management involved. Tonight the neighbors called their friends and they brought a gun and loaded it outside of everyone’s apartments in building *. We need this situated asap!!!!!!!!! before it goes wrong!!!

    Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of this situation.  We have been in touch with the complainant to try to gather further information.  We have also contacted the police to make them aware of these allegations.  We will also be in contact with the tenant to address these behaviors and may pursue legal action if warranted.  We are also trying to figure out who the friends are that are visiting and where they live.  We take these accusations very seriously and will continue to work on improving things.  Thank you again for taking the time to make us aware of this.
