      08/23/2023 my mother lives at Greenridge Apt and people constantly park in her handicap spot and they are not handicapped we told the landlord but she told us to call the police but it is not resolved and we had a dispute because they came out antagonizing us and would not leave us alone

      We have responded to this complaint and answered ********************** concerns. The site manager and Regional Property Manager have been in contact and responded to concerns about bugs and parking spots. We have also banned the person breaking into cars from the property. The appeals committee is in the process of responding to the appellate and will be submitting a response in writing next week.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This matter is still not resolved, they wrote a letter about noise and banning people but they still have their music up , and they STILL live here and have people running up and down the steps . and the bugs still come in our house, we still dont understand about what the closets have to do with anything since they constantly come in here with no heads up except one time , and she does nothing about other people, the closets are clean considering they havent looked at the closets just believing what ***** has told them I have pictures to show that our closets are not packed and have air flow, its not our fault that they threw this place together. We also have rotted shower rods and leaning floors but they worried about a closet. We DO have an CAMERA to back up our claims she just sent an maintenance man up here with NO heads up we have it on camera, she also just raised her voice at my mom for simply asking why does her and her fixer keep coming in her house, she told her to take it up with cooperate. They are in bed together and are not trying to solve anything, but a sorry letter with nothing to back it up with, they also just illegally towed my cousins car and wont tell her where it is located to which we have it on Camera.

      Received a horrifically unprofessional phone call from a staff member by the name of "******" from a Lantern **** Apts who was not only extremely abrasive but also very aggressive. Apparently she was calling to look for a family member but started off the call by cutting me off, talking over me and then proceeded to curse and yell over me. All of this was while I informed her I had never lived in these apartments EVER and had no way to get in contact with the family member she was inquiring about. After she hung up in my face, I tried calling back to which she kept hanging up the phone (which I presume to be the office phone). When I finally got her back on the phone to ask for a supervisor's name she continued to be wildly disrespectful and never gave the name only stated I'd need to leave my name and number, even though she already had the information. *** reached out to the company owner in attempts to file a formal complaint. This is staff is completely unprofessional and rude and it is unfortunate that this is what they represent.

      ****************** was listed as the emergency contact person on her mother's ( *****************************) lease application at Lantern **** Apartments. The site manager, *********************** contacted Ms. ************* trying to reach her mother about some of the remaining items left in the unit she had resided in at Lantern ****. ************** identified herself and told her that she was the manager and she got her name off of her mother's file. That was all she could say at that time before ****************** went on the attack saying that she had never lived there, owned her own house, 4 businesses, why she calling and went on and on and on. Our site manager could hardly say anything however she did tell **************** she did not need to know all of that which apparently made her angry. She asked me for my name again and the name of the complex and hung the phone up on the manager. She then proceeded to call back to the office 6 times with the last 4 times being from a private number. Each time she called she was more sarcastic and condescending in tone and remarks. This went on for a little while with nothing getting accomplished it sounds like by either side but frustration. Finally ****************** called and asked why ************** was being rude to her daughter on the phone and ************* told her she was not. That in reality she had said very little. That she was just trying to get in touch with her about obtaining her property. ************** felt that ****************** would be appreciative that she would be able to retrieve her belongings and that was all she was simply trying to do and nothing else. This was meant to be a simple phone call with a simple conversation to help someone and unfortunately it was not taken that way at all. 

      It is my understanding that at no time did our site manager, **************, yell, curse or speak ugly to *******************

      I sent in a request for a ESA animal since 06/3022 I even called the management office and left a message the rental office is telling me that they sent the request in and no one has called me or my doctor. I suffer with anxiety and depression and have proof in feeling like no one is listening to me please help me I don't know what else to do.

      My name is ***** ******** and my elder parents ***** ******** Jr and ******** ******** plus mentally challenged brother ***** ******** 3rd submitted an application to move into ******* **** Apartments located at **** ****** **** **** ********** ** *****. Between the time of paying the fee and today's date(Oct 11th 2022- they have been unsuccessful with obtaining any answers to their questions from ******* **** Apartments...

      Be advised that it seems as if the company(******* Apartments) is collecting application fee without the intention of placing individuals within a home. 

      Mr ***** ******** JR. called repeatedly and asked for the status of the application plus move in date.. No answer...

      This is starting to seem as a scam to collect application fees from individuals. 

      The application fee scam is well known worldwide that landlords and employees of the apartment complex use to generate revenue for their pockets and/or company.. 

      The apartment complex should know where they are located on the list of applicants and the time frame that ***** & ******** ******** will be called for a move in date. 

      Please give Mr. ***** ******** Jr. a call at ###-###-#### with an accurate update and/or please mail their application fee back if they do not have an available unit for them..

      Be advised that the reason for this BBB Complaint is due to the fact that it has been several months and I nor Mr ***** ******** have answers to the following questions:

      Why collect an application fee if ******* Apartments are not ready to move individuals into a unit within a timely manner?  Why collect an application fee if there are no available units?  

      Be advised that Mr ***** ******** went into the Apartment Complex office earlier this week during the month of Oct 2022 and the individual that took his application and money stated that they forwarded his entire application to headquarters.  

      I do not understand the months of miscommunication.

      No money should have been taken.
