    Total bait and switch/con. They will knowingly rent you a property without disclosing all the issues it has. Once you're in the property and you discover all the issues, they will literally refuse to fix them saying it's "too expensive." Will is a total con.

    By far one of the WORST apartment experiences I have ever had. I had mold in my unit that was on the air ducts, air vents, ceiling wood flooring. Instead of figuring out why the mold was there they wanted to us a chemical to wipe it off. I had no control of my temperature in a basement unit and froze to death. They kept half of my security deposit by charging me $500 for paint when no where near that much paint/touch *** needed to be done. They charged me for replacing a toilet seat that was replaced while I was a tenant. I had rodents and pest issue such as fungus flies the entire time I stayed there.******** had to be replaced and I workers in my unit for TWO months in a brand new renovation. HORRIBLE customer service. You cant get anyone on the phone and they dont have an ************** to go to. SCAM SCAM SCAM
