    Pictures were Taken and Paid on = September 12, 2022 as part of the ******* Town Parks & Recs Baseball Team *****) Date of Transaction/Posted Debit from Bank account = September 13, 2022. Amount of Money Paid = $35 Business committed to provide = Pictures taken - Rookie Baseball package which included = 1X Set of 2 Lustre Prints (2) 5X7. 1X8 Lustre Die Cut Wallet Prints 8 Waller – Die Cut. 1X Baseball Trader Card Set of 8. Dispute = Picture has not been received and money was not refunded. This was reported for the first time on November 16, 2022 via email. The customer followed up on November 17, 2022. Business respond it was going to get the issue fixed. Another follow-up email was sent on December 3, 2022 because we never received a follow-up from the business owner, and pictures were not received. - No response from Carolina Portrait Pros. A follow-up message was sent to Carolina Portrait Pros Inc ******** **** on December 6, 2022 - no response from business. A voice message indicating to send a text was left on December 8, 2022. Business texted back on December 8, 2022 and December 9, 2022 that owner was going to send picture/pacakges and refund. December 12, 2022 = we have not received the picture and the refund. Business has promised to mail the picture but 3 months later (Today is December 19, 2022) the issue has not been resolved as we have not received the picture and the refund of the money we paid for the picture/package. We have not heard anything more from Carolina Portrait Pros or the owner P.D. This was reported to the owner back in November 16, 2022 = Picture access code : ******** / Bank Reference Number and $35 (09-12 ************* ** **** ***** **** ******************** **** ********************* **** *** *** ********* ****** **********. As of 12/19/22 We have not received the pictures/package and the refund of the money we paid to Carolina Portrait Pros.

    I've emailed and called several times about a order that I canceled and trying to get them to refund my money. Sent a bunch of emails and tried calling a few times. No one has responded. I would like my refund ASAP.
