"Our agreement can be cancelled by the client or by GAMMS Unlimited.
Client hereby engages GAMMS Unlimited, LLC as Career Coach for the purpose of providing strategic advice to Client with respect to Client's business and/or professional responsibilities, Client's skills, personal development and interpersonal relationship development, and Client's goals, to include setting and attaining goals. Coach has experience in such matters and agrees to render such coaching services for the purpose of assisting Client to clarify Client's objectives and develop and implement action plan(s) to obtain those objectives. Client understands, and Coach agrees that Coach is not an employment agent, a business manager, a financial analyst or a psychotherapist, and that GAMMS Unlimited has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment or business for the Client; (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, legal, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; or (3) act as a therapist, provide psychological counseling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy." - Business Categories
