I arrived to pay lawyer *********************, delivered my cashier's check, received a receipt and returned home to ***** Springs. I then received an email from my lawyer, saying the check wasn't made out correctly, it needed to be made out to the Rosen Law Firm, not Asycue. I asked why they didn't notify me upon receipt or call me once it was realized, my lawyer didn't have an answer. I returned to *******, picked up the incorrect check, got instructions on how to correct, drove to ***** Fargo to get a correctly filled out cashier's check and returned to deliver it, but found the law firm closed. I parked next to a gentleman who said he had an appointment at 4:15, wasn't contacted in any way and he arrives to a closed office. I call the police, as if I can't deliver this cashier's check, I am violating a court order, and am told to stay put. When police arrive, I flag them down and explain what happened, showing the pictures I took as proof when giving the cashier's check. The girls behind the counter are typing on the computer and filling out a carbon copy hand written receipt for the cashier's check I gave them. The police explain that the workers say they feel threatened, but after seeing the pictures, that doesn't make any sense. I am told not to come back on the property, submit payment through my lawyer, and the following day received a formal trespass from Rosen Law Firm. With this kind of behavior towards someone trying to pay the firm money, I would be terrified for anyone there to represent me in court

You were the opposing party in this matter and as we have stated we would prefer you contact your lawyer to provide any materials to our office.
