    On Wednesday November 30,2022 I received an text from **** ******** Energy for an outstanding bill that Telamon pledge to pay. I applied in 06/2021. I have send in all documentation that was require of me but yet I find myself in a situation since they didn't pay it. I am now responsible for paying additional money on top of my current amount. When I called today I was told that my application was decline because I moved from that location where the pasted due billed took placed. Now I am being penalized because Telamon was short staff and my paperwork wasn't processed correctly. No email sent to inform me you no long are approved. I sign the doc that was sent to me but I was told no one else sign the doc sign. How can I be sent the doc sign but at no point did anyone inform me that something was wrong. The frustration that I have when you are threaten that your lights will be turned off due to the pledge wasn't ever paid and You call the local number to speak with upper management and you are told there is no number to call directly and are told that you can go to the main office to talk with someone. I don't know about anyone else but you want me to take off work when I can do this over the phone. I have to work to make sure my family is provided for. I thought that this program was supposed to help people in need due to Covid, My family was definitely in the category. How can people just mess with other people lives with no care at all.
