    ****** the owner of RCP Services and his crew began work on our house on April 15th. The total agreed upon amount for the job was $1750. He stated it would take 2-3 days and that I pay a deposit the first day. He and his crew worked 4 partial days and had only finished 20% of the agreed upon project. They hung dry wall and removed wood off a porch. We agreed they would repair damaged wood on both from and back porches, paint exterior white trim, replace/repair damaged soffits and repair a damaged floor in kitchen. After the 4th day all they had done was hang the drywall. After than ****** started making excuses for the next three week why he couldn't come back. During that time he requested more material money from my wife claiming he needed more material before he could return. We paid him an additional $300 and immediately asked for receipts which he never has produced. He also has never cam back to the job. He owes us at least 1/2 of that $1750 back and the extra material of $300 which he took. ****** has abandon the job and I have text messages. I have attached a text message that shows the $100 payment for material and a $59.88 for material which he used in those first few days. The $300 payment made he never returned to work after. Then you will see two cash app request for him to refund us the $300 he took for material.
