    Eason Home Improvements came to save the day!Today when I got home the temperature in the house was 62 upstairs and downstairs. The heater quit working all together. I was so concerned about it dropping any further and us ending up in a hotel, I immediately called the owner ********************* Eason and explained the situation over a quick text. He was here in less than 1 hour to service the unit. Within 3 minutes he said he thought he knew exactly what was wrong.He went down to the truck to grab a few tools, came back in the house and went up in the attic within five minutes the heater was working upstairs and downstairs began to warm up immediately. I cant say thank you enough for the quick service and the honest repair. Most companies would have charged several hundred dollars and blown things out of proportion just to hike up the bill. He did not. Absolutely trustworthy and just a really good guy.Even though he left his job to come here as an emergency, his price was very very modest. I couldnt believe it. As homeowners we are all worried about being taken advantage of by service companies. He was brutally honest and made quick work of the repairs with NO fluff. Highly recommend this young man for anything. His company has taken down trees for us / he has done several projects for fellow neighbors from building decks and trellis work to full blown house repairs of every kind. I knew from our first meeting he had an extensive background in AC installation / Service and Repairs so I took a chance and reached out. He saved the day! Again! Thank you so much for your help.
