Lying company owner *** will not answer or call you back. Been waiting since March to have unit replaced *** does not do his part of filing paperwork for the insurance company to review. Called my home warranty company multiple times to find out what is going on. Of course he will tell them that Im next on the list .what a lying company in 5 star mechanic. Do not ever use this company for your HVAC repairs you will regret it. They are not trust worthy and lying. *** would not answer any phone calls or text messages had to block my phone number to see if he would answer and he did then told me he would get back to me in 2 days to schedule an appointment never called me back. Called the home warranty company again and they tried to reach him and they did. He will answer there calls so he can keep his business with them . But again lies to them. This company should not be in business. They set their prices higher and lies to the home warranty company and bills them higher due to different countys he travels to service. Do not use this company please they are not trustworthy / lies / overpriced/ not friendly at all / I had to give them a 1 star and they do not even deserve that wish they had a 0 . The first time he came to my house he said he found the problem know this was in less than 2 minutes of work if I hadnt came out he would have left without telling me anything. If you want a company that can diagnose a problem in 2 minutes hes your guy But if you want quality work and someone who will talk to you and not lie to you do not use 5 star mechanic you will regret it I promise you!!!!! Im still sitting here in May now still no service but Im next yea right another lye. Asked the home warranty company First American to give me another contractor said they couldnt due to 5 star having the unit and parts already Lol they probably dont even have that like he said. And I also will say dont use First American home warranty company. They also do not care about you!
