    Purchased in fall 2023. Left deposit of approximately $3,200. Furniture delivered in or about November/December 2023. Final payment made via certified check. $3000. Shortly thereafter noticed one seat was again slanted. Also the recharging phone cup holders were not on this model couch. Total price of couch was over $6000. Called ***** the salesman. He sent a technician who testified the couch to try to make it level. ***** said that cup holder chargers would be dealt with apart from the u level couch.The couch still was uneven. ***** was called again. Technician came again and testified couch. Problem continued.We contacted *********************** at the ************** manufacturer. She stated that new section would be sent. A swatch of our couch was cut by technician that came to house resulting from call to ************************The work order was updated but no one ever followed up. We are requesting a full refund and have this couch/sectional picked up at no cost to us. The company does not follow through with us. They appear to have dropped our concerns all together. Pictures of communication with main company are attached.

    Worst purchasing experience ever. I had an original review on here a week ago and was asked to remove it after driving a hour to sit in their store because they do not answer my calls and being assured by both the store manager AND store owner that my problem would be remedied by today. So I agreed to remove the Google review with the stipulation that if not only my problem was resolved, my review would go right back up. I have already gone to corporate who unfortunately said they cannot assist me because the Raleigh store is privately owned but THEY are the ones who suggested I drive up to the actual store and sit there until I get an answer. So i did, i sat there until i got an answer i thought i was happy with. Turns out it was just lip service to get me out of the store because I'm sure the manager did not want the bad press/disgruntled customers sitting around indefinitely. I've now been waiting 6 months for a couch and recliner that was supposed to take 3. Every employee ignores my phone calls....thats right, ignores as in makes a choice not to answer because they have caller ID...I know this to be fact because I can call from any other phone not associated with my name and they answer on the first ring. Great customer service. I have a 16 yr old daughter getting ready to under go MAJOR hip surgery, and I'm needing some place for her to be when she gets home from the hospital but before I could purchase from some place else I needed to know I could get my money back. That's why I went and sat in their store! This is when they assured me they could help me and take care of my problem..I told them I either wanted a refund so I could shop somewhere else or something off their showroom floor. Eric called the store owner, between the 2 of them, assured me they could do me one better, they would have loaners delivered to my house within a week! Something right out of their wearhouse! A week later, no loaners, no updates and manager says it's out of his control.
