On 4/11/22 American Dream Flooring & Tile send out a crew to install hardwood floor and then refinish existing hardwoods. This would be been 3-5 day job, however this crew rushed it and done it in 2 days. The company advertises 25+ year experience but they sent out teenagers/early 20's to install the floor. The was not installed correctly or of good visual appearance. On 4/18/22 they sent the same crew out to fix the repairs however they made the floor worse. On 4/25/22 they sent out a different crew to only refinish the floor, they refused to replace the floor and some of the issues could not be repaired without replacing the floor, refinishing was not going to fix it. When this crew finished the floor it was still not visually appearance correct. There are swirls all across the floor and boards were installed that should not have been. I paid $5847.67 for this install and refinish. I was over charged for materials and I did get a partial check back for that of $520, which I do not believe is the correct amount. The company is not willing to refund any of the amount or fix the floor. When I called the owner he hung up in my face. So my home has been in disarray now for over 3 weeks, the first crew sand the floor so much that I don't have enough wood left to refinish again. There were damages to the wall, fireplace, and kitchen flooring. Pictures included of the bad boards, those are only a few, I have many more pictures.
