    Less than 2 hours of posting my lost pet a person had responded with a picture of her being heald by her rescuer. **** had gone missing the night before and was rescued at about 6 am. Pawboost helped me reunite with my dog

    I paid for a one week ******** ad approximately 4 days ago for my lost cat. Every day I check on his status. This morning I went to check on the status I was told I had no pets listed. I had to sign up again and would have to pay again for ads. This is ridiculous. This is definitely an error on their part. The problem is you have no way of contacting them.

We provide email support 365 days a year, and our response time is under 24 hours. We are so sorry to hear of your frustration and to hear that you were unable to locate your account and pet listing. We have reviewed it and can confirm that the account has not been removed, nor has the pet’s listing. The lost alert for your pet is still listed on our page. We have reached out to the email we have on file for your account and provided assistance with logging into the account. Please, keep in mind that it’s free to add a pet to PawBoost, which includes posting to the local lost pets ******** page, emailing members of our Rescue Squad, creating a missing flyer and adding a pet to our lost & found. We can also help with re-sharing and bumping the alert to the top of the feed for free to help keep the alert current. PawBoost users have the option to turn the post into an advertisement for a fee. Unfortunately, all advertisements have a cost associated with them, but this is completely optional. PawBoost FAQ's about our free and premium lost and found pet services, including how to cancel paid advertisement subscriptions, can be found at the following website ********************** under "PawBoost FAQs".
