    I bought six chicks from Urban Chicken this past weekend. I was outside (at the swap), when my friend called me into the shop saying to hurry, they still had chicks that had been sexed. I bought the last six they had. A few hours after getting them home I realized one was very lethargic. I spent the next 18 hours with that tiny, helpless, innocent little bird soul on my chest trying to, at first heal and revive her later to just to keep her warm, comforted. Sadly, she passed. When I called URBAN CHICKEN to discuss it, I was met with rudeness and lies. They instantly got so defensive (not the first time will be the last). They first claimed that I was rude so they would not honor a refund (I have been going there for almost ten years, have likely spent thousands). They next claimed that the chicks were not theirs, that ****,****?, (the manager) bought them for herself but sold them to me because she felt bad that people were not getting chicks they came there for. WHAT!?? I cant make this stuff up. They are losing me and all my chicken friends, as customers. I will show up at as many of their swaps that I can to alert people of URBAN CHICKENS horrible treatment of customers and criminal refusal of honoring their return policy. They are dishonest. -- They have no honor.
