    I signed up for kick boxing classes and I was assured I could pause the classes if I was away for work or cancel if I moved more than 30 miles away from the facility. Both conditions occurred and at no time have the charges for classes I can not use stopped posting to my credit card despite making positive contact about my situation.

    We received an email from ****** **** on September 12th, 2022 in regards to putting her membership on hold for a few months until January 16, 2023 where she would then resume her membership.  We emailed her back accordingly on September 12th, 2022 and let her know that we would put her membership on hold and how that works is that she will still be charged, but all the time she missed will be credited to her account upon her return.  We did not receive a response from her and went according to the information available.  On November 7th, 2022 we received a text responding to a message we sent her in regards to a past due balance asking us why her account was being charged.  We reached back out to her and requested for her to contact the studio.  We did not receive a response.  A month later on October 1, 2022 we received a new email to cancel her membership.  We reached out to her and let her know to contact the studio to go over the cancellation process, the member still did not respond.  A few days later on October 3rd, 2022 we emailed her again to try in get in contact to go over the cancellation process and still did not receive any response.  Per her contract, if a member requests a cancellation due to relocation their residence must be more than 25 miles away with proof of relocation and a 30-day notice where they are still responsible for the payments for the remaining 30 days.  Currently her accounts is 6 payments past due and any attempted payments have been declined. We use a third party billing company that has a process for requests for cancellations and unfortunately we did not receive any documentation for the cancellation and the member did not respond to any of our attempts to resolve this matter. 

    We would like to help ****** with her request to cancellation.  We look forward to resolving this as soon as possible.  I would suggest having ****** reach out to the studio immediately.
