Spectraforce representative contacted me regarding a position with *****. She stated she was recording the call. I asked why. ***************** was her excuse. There is no reason for a recruitment company to do quality assurance on legitimate recruitment calls. ******* proceeded ask closed ended questions requiring YES answers. I told her to just state the details of the position but kept trying to get me to answer YES on the recorded call. While she was attempting to phish or scam I in turn was researching the company. When I stated that I am not going to allow you to record me saying YES over and over to use in a scam against me or whatever ill intent you have especially seeing all the complaints your company has with the BBB she quickly cut the recoding and hung up. I like others that have filed complaints have received multiple calls daily from these people. Its the only company I have ever encountered that ONLY HIRES INDIANS with thick accents. I have asked them to remove me from their list several times to no avail. The is harassment. This company calls for employment one day a Healthcare scam the next. I have blocked and just like a infestation of bugs they keep coming back. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE *** AND FCC. Please stop these people from make robocalls and harassing American that *** or *** not be looking for legitimate work.Initial Complaint

Over the past few months, Several recruiters who claim to be from this company continually contact me via text, calls, and email multiple times a day about jobs that are not connected with them. I would like for them to remove any information about me from their database. They claim to have found my resume on Monster, yet I never applied for any jobs through this company. Recruiters asks for personal info like SSN, date of birth, etc. which is normally done when employment has been established, but comes across as data collecting or for scamming job applicants. Simply asking them to please remove my info and to never to contact me again.Business response

Nonstop calls from multiple 919 numbers. I have asked multiple times to email me about opportunities and I am not okay with calls. I have also been on call and had asked multiple times to hang up and was told that everything in that call was incredibly important to then tell me the same things they told me in an email. Received a text from this number, **************, claiming to be part of the recruitment process for Spectraforce. They sent me a link to the job description, after I requested it. I also asked for the name of the recruiter, but the response was avoided. I went to the company website, and immediately had a malware attack blocked by my browser. I performed a ****** search on the phone number I was in contact with and found multiple red flags, including others who had been phished or scammed.Business response

This company continues to contact me via text, calls, and email multiple times a day. I have asked to be removed from their list and they still contact me. I have never signed up for them, they claim to have found my resume on Monster. This is becoming borderline harassment with the amount of times they are contacting me a day. I keep blocking numbers and deleting correspondence. I have even received a call from the same "recruiter" back to back from different phone numbers! This company continues to text me with various 'job opportunities' and I have responded for them to stop contacting my number. I did not sign up for their mailing list nor am I looking for employment. I'm sure that this is a false company trying to scam people and it is now to the point of harassment that they continue to contact me.Business response

This company has been contacting me for temporary employment positions daily for the past 1-2 months. I have never applied to this company. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling, texting and emailing me. They continue to contact me from multiple numbers coming from a 919 area code. They all have deep Indian accents. I noticed I started getting these unwanted calls after signing up with monster.com and zip recruiter. I have deleted my accounts but they continue to harass me with constant calls and texts.Business response

On January 11, 2023 a recruiter from Spectraforce contacted me on ******** stating that she had a position/job for her client I would be a good fit for. I gave her my phone number, she contacted me, I sent her my current resume, we spoke over the phone. She scammed me out of personally identifiable information. Coincidentally, the same day, directly after the phone call ended, my email account was compromised, along with a professional account. The professional account was compromised/changed and set up so that if I hadn't checked it, I would have been charged a large sum of money for services I didn't order. I never heard from the recruiter again. This is a scam; almost all of the employees listed have exactly the same job title, location, and few to no posts or endorsements.
