    I purchased a used 2015 **** Focus SE that was advertised as "great condition" with ******* miles. When i initially arrived, the salesperson had attempted to start the car, it failed to start, then jumpstarted the car in front of me to turn it on. He told me this wouldn't be an issue for me as this is a normal occurence for cars that sit for awhile. Test drove the car and it was fine so i continues with my purchase and purchased the car as is. The following day from purchase the vehicle continuously would not turn on unless attempted multiple times (same issue salesperson had). As I began to drive the car the accelerator would not accelerate the car and it was obvious the transmission had been slipping. I immediately contacted the dealer and he told me to bring it in for a specialist to look at, but would not disclose any information about said specialist. I looked up his mechanic and also did not find any legitimate information on his mechanic either. The mechanic called me and told me "the owner of the shop drove the car too far" and told me he ad the sales-person also individually drove the car themselves. He told me the transmission is bad and there was nothing they would be doing to help me, I will still have to pay the loan despite the fact that car is unable to drive. Upon reviewing the ****** reviews i found multiple customers have had issues with this dealership, one even stating their transmission gave out before they left the parking lot. I highly encourage the BBB look into the practices of this business. He had initially advertised this car as great condition but the battery and transmission stopped working after a single day. There was obviously part information not thoroughly investigated or disclosed by the mechanic or dealer. I truly believe deceptive practices are going on. Advertisement is nowhere to be found now that purchase has been made.

    I purchased a vehicle from ** over a month ago. Usually ********************************************** I was expecting to receive the tags via mail, but had to call ** after about 20 days to find out that the tags go to them and they will call when they come in. I have since been pulled over because it has been well past 30 days. I have called 2-3 times per week and they keep telling me the tags have not come in and to try next week. I need some sort of resolution before I end up getting a ticket. I paid for tags and title and the papers to prove so. The man I worked with was terrific, but has since left the dealership. I am sick of calling up there and when I go up there for resolution, nobody is there to help. I need my tags to the car I purchased IN CASH!!

    When a customer makes a purchase, We are given a temporary  plate for 60 days, not the 30-day plate Ms. ************ **** claims. When she contacted us through a message on our *************** website, I asked her why the police stopped her, sensed her plate was still valid, and she mentioned that she been pulled over due to the wear and tear on it. We remind her that, we give all our customers a copy of their temporary plate that they can use as a replacement in case they lose the original or something happen to it.
    Ms. ****** **** also mentions that she calls frequently asking for her plate, which is incorrect; she's only called a couple times. On April 4th, we sent her a message through carsforsale, letting her know her plate was ready, but we didn't get any message  back. Today, April 10th, we called her and didn't pick up the phone, so we left her a voicemail.

    Her purchase was on 02/21/2025,and the temporary plate expires on 4/21/2025

    Purchase a vehicle on 6/10/2024 and vehicle was broken down on the side of the road 6/11/2024 at 2am not even 24hrs later.. vehicle was paid in full by my bank and this dealership was refusing to help until I told them to send the check back to my bank and take back their vehicle. I strongly recommend that the BBB looks into this business practice because they are definitely doing unethical business.

    I went to JV motors to purchase a vehicle on Saturday, 2/2/24. After all the paperwork was complete. I went to the parking lot to try to take possession of the vehicle. The vehicle would not accelerate enough for me to safely drive it on the highway. My husband looked in the manual to see what the lights meant and told JV staff, "This is saying something is wrong with the engine." JV staff brought the diagnostic machine out and said they would take care of everything. The vehicle remained in their possession, because it was unsafe to drive on the highway. On Sunday I sent an email to rescind the contract. ******* was not in agreement. On February 6, I found out that there was an unauthorized charge of $1,000 on my account. I went to my bank to file a fraud claim. I emailed JV motors about this transaction.I have been in contact with JV Motors on several occasions and they are now being unreasonable. ******* is now demanding that I pick up the vehicle or she will start charging me and when I ask her what was serviced on the vehicle she said, "I am not a mechanic, I don't know." I asked if she could email me the service records showing what they did to fix the vehicle and she refused. I asked her to have the mechanic call me and she refused. She said that she will have something for me when I go pick the car up. This is an unreasonable request. I live an hour and 20 minutes away. I think it is in JV motors best interest and my best interest to rescind this contract. I never took possession of the vehicle. ******* is unwilling to tell me what was done to the vehicle and there is was an unauthorized charge on my account from JV **********************. I do not want to go to court, I really would like to work this out with JV Motors. I think my request is reasonable. I have not verified anything with the financial company and I will not because the vehicle remains in JV motors possession and the vehicle was unsafe for me to drive on the highway on the day of purchase.

    JV motors is a total ripoff! Test drove vehicle Purchased a vehicle on September 13th along with a warranty. Within a week the transmission was pulling back and sticking in gear! Went back and called back!!! They said they cannot help me or trade it for another vehicle for 11k+...the warranty people practically said the same thing after approval from them for a shop to take the transmission apart they decided they were not willing to pay for the repairs or to replace the transmission. Besides getting a Lemon now we have a bill of approximately 4k at the shop!!!

    Finding:
    scanned vehicle for codes and found 3 transmission codes ******************after testing solenoids and trying to manually shifter it did not respond also the vehicle starts off in second gear. i spoke with ******* from our tech line and referenced identifix and both agreed that the transmission has a internal failure

    Finding:
    checked the transmission fluid and found that it is burnt
    Steering And Front End
    it appears that someone has replaced a lot of suspension parts but failed to tighten the outer tie rods enough. i tightened the two outer tie rods and it seems to be ok
