I brought a car from ******* motors on March 3rd 2022. I had many issues with the car from day one. About 3 weeks after buying the car it began to cut off. I called ******* Motor and told them about my issue and they referred me to their mechanic which is HC auto sales and said that they had a warranty on the alternator and they would get it right for me. When I first took it to HC auto they gave me the run around, saying that it was my battery.I kept trying to tell them it was my alternator. They wouldn’t listen to me I guess because they didn’t want to do the work of replacing the alternator so they proceeded to install a new battery. A week later my car cut off again and I called them back and let them know that my car had cut off again. They agreed to tow it back up and install a new alternator this time. They kept my car for 3 weeks close to a month with no contact whatsoever. I called this place daily and they ignored my calls every single time. Finally 3 weeks or so go by and they say ok your car is ready. No explanation of nothing. So I ask well what was the problem? What’s the status of my vehicle? And they go “oh we installed a new alternator you’re all set.” Nothing more. So weeks go by, and my car cuts off again! I take it to *** Nissan for an evaluation and they tell me that whoever put your alternator on stripped your bolts and cracked your alternator resulting in me needing a new upper oil pan, air compressor bolts, and replacing the alternator which they estimated $4,000 worth of work. So I contacted HC auto sales again and they tell me that the car was already like that when they worked on it. I ask them well why didn’t you tell me this then ? And they have no explanation. But talking to the manager at *** Nissan he said there’s no way the car was already like that bc I wouldn’t even have been driving like that if it was. HC auto sales refuses to admit that they tore my car up and I’m in need of some help. I need them to fix what they have done.
