After 5 days of working on my project, I do not have a finished bathroom (no working sink or shower). The installer only worked half days on the days he was here. I took off work or re-arranged my entire work week to be available. I was told that resources would be put on my projects to get it done in the time stated (4 days). I was told that other work (such as installing the vanity and toilet, finishing floor trim, etc.) couldnt be done until the Raleigh inspector came and approved the new shower plumbing. I was told that the inspection request for my shower was called in on 10/23; when I called the city, I was told the request shows up on 10/24. The sales office cant give me any info on installation. No one from the warehouse will return my calls or messages about when someone will be back to finish. I used ReBath before on a larger, more complex project that was completed in less time. All I want is a working bathroom, which I dont think is too much to ask, considering what Im being charged.

Re-Bath completed our shower installation, with the exception of the glass shower enclosure, on June 13, 2024. Since our shower enclosure is considered custom, it is stated in our contract "If your job requires a custom shower door, it will be installed approx. 15 working days after the new shower is installed." Today marks 35 days since the shower was completed and still no enclosure. Repeated calls have been made to Re-Bath, most going unanswered, so we left messages. When our calls were answered by the Office Manager, we were told they had nothing to do with the production/installation but would forward our concerns to the appropriate parties. As of today, we have received no response to any of our calls. Visits to the location have resulted in same results as calling. There is never anyone in the store that can do anything other than forward our concern. Today, August 5, 2024, I reached out to the sub-contractor Re-Bath tapped for our enclosure and was told that Re-Bath had all of the required information but has not yet approved anything or provided the required deposit for the sub-contractor to start the job. Again, I called Re-Bath and received no response. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, but I will continue calling them, starting with day 36 tomorrow.

We have recently updated our contracts as all of our third party shower door suppliers have moved out their service times.  Currently, it is taking approximately 2 weeks after the shower is installed to have the door measurements completed.  The glass is then ordered & takes another 4-5 weeks to arrive.  Finally, the installation schedule takes another week or so.  This makes the entire process take roughly 6-8 weeks after the shower is installed.  While this is discussed during our sales process, it is often frustrating when the time comes to wait.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot control the timing of this process.

I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-up provided by ReBath. Keep in mind, this is my 4th bathroom remodel with them. Yes, 4th! In the prior 3 instances, I was obviously pleased. This time, they completed the job as expected. But, each time I use the shower and fog up the glass, the word TOP appears etched into the shower glass. I have called them, and they have come out on a couple occasions to clean the glass. But this has not remedied the issue. Now when I continue to call them, they will not respond. My belief is they need to replace the glass. Why will they not respond and resolve the issue? I can't tell you how many times I've called. I keep being told that my issue will be reported, but nobody ever calls me back. So disappointed in the management team and what seems to be a non-interest in taking care of their customers.I am seeking a resolution to have the wording TOP removed from visibility is the shower glass. But, since it appears they cannot remove it, I would like for them to replace this section of glass.

We purchased an enclosed shower from Rebath back in 2021. The shower has a lifetime warranty with a 5 year warranty on the pressed stone shower base (we werent told of the shorter warranty on the floor but no matter as its been not even two years since the install) The finish on the floor is flaking off and needs to be refinished. I have contacted them almost every week since the first of the year regarding this issue. At first they promised to have someone call to set an appointment to fix the problem. Now I cant even get someone on the phone and they are not returning my calls. Any help you can give on this is greatly appreciated. My only other option at this time is to file small claims court.

I am rejecting this response because:
This issue has been addressed and the repair is due to be completed in a couple of weeks. It appears that rebath is going to resolve the issue with a replacement shower but since this issue has been going on for six months Id like to wait until completion of the repair before closing the complaint
    Sincerely,
