    Not a good company as this Organization claims to uphold the Civil and Human Rights of the disabled but in this case, such is a complete FALSEHOOD. No on can care about anyone when they are breaking the laws that are designed to protect that one. A mentally ill adult hates living in segregated housing, not in mainstream society. This toy knowledge and understanding, constitutes Civil Rights violations. It violates the ******** DECISION, thus violating the mandate of Title II of the ****** The male who is the subject of those communication as an ********* Guardian wrongfully due to being a victim of unlawful and proven discrimination. ************* discriminates against him by keeping him in segregated housing against his will, denying him a reasonable accommodation request as well as ignoring his written and signed letters, pleasing to be removed from the current and abusive home that is miles too far away from his highly supportive living biological mother Advocate and the one with the best interest. Guardianship is a form of discrimination. It violates the International Human Rights Laws, the mandate of Title II of the ******* It violates the **** Constitution. Segregated housing violates not only the ******** DECISION and the ***** but also violates the ** Constitution. This case violates the Statutes for licensed facility operations as the residents are supposed to be treated with dignity and respect. The male also lives in fear and intimidation. He was grabbed by the neck of a ******** stall member because he forgot to cut a light off and witnessed his roommate being literally fought by the same ABUSIVE ******** STAFF member. The male has lived in facilities proven by the ** '"DHHS" to be with A1 SERIOUS NEGLECT, ABUSE and EXPLOITATION as a result of proven unlawful discrimination. Public Records File 15CVD9292.
