    Conclusion, I, ****** ************ never requested the 1999 ***** *************** to towed. I did not remove the license plate from the ********. I did not **** Suburban to Circle-K..I was not informed by Circle K that my 1999 ***** *************** 5.7 was located on Circle K property. Who called the **** company, Who towed the Suburban to and from Circle-K. The 1999 ***** *************** 5.7 will be returned to owner ****** ************. . Any **** payment will be reimbursed or not paid by ****** ************. All shown documents will be forwarded to Better Business of ************ ** in nexted seventy-two hrs (72hrs) ( Unauthorized **** ) by **************** Brownie's Towing Service ( **************************************** ******* NC. ***** )

    Brownie's 24 Hour Towing was called by the manger of the Circle K, requesting for us to tow the abandoned vehicle off of their property.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    No Hope ***** Police record a notification of an Abandoned vehicle @ a Circle K legion Rd. ****** ************* registered owner and ******** insured operator of the 1999 ***** Suburban 4x4 was not notified that it was located at ********, **********************. I am told that the License Plate were removed from vehicle. The Unauthorized Use and Unauthorized **** of the vehicle currently promotes the conspiracy of unlawful possession of a motor vehicle. The 1999 ***** Suburban 4x4 ** 5.7 was not drivable. Circle K did not call Brownies Towing. The Suburban was located at Circle K less than forty eight (48hrs) prior to Brownie Unauthorized ****.

    The Circle k manager did call us and authorized for this abandoned vehicle to get towed off of their property. It was an authorized tow by the property manager. The only contact required by law was to the local law enforcement, which was completed.
