    I recently had the misfortune of having my outdoor unit fail on a Friday afternoon during the hottest week so far in 2025. I immediately called Norris Mechanical, who installed and services my system. They initially told me that because of the weather and the multiple failures they were attending to, it may not be possible to respond that day. However, to my surprise and delight, I received a call from technician ****, who asked probing questions to diagnose the issue on the way to my location. He got the system up and running, but unfortunately, it was temporary, as it failed again the following day. **** returned Saturday with window units to tide me over until the system could be replaced. That was a lifesaver! **** was knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and polite throughout my interaction with him. He calmly and thoroughly answered all my questions, of which I had many.A team of **** rock stars replaced my entire system the following Monday. They worked nonstop to get me up and running. That included installing a new air handler in my attic, with a temperature that exceeded 110. I know because I used a thermometer to measure it just inside the opening to the attic.All of the folks I interacted with were competent, efficient, friendly and polite. And the price to replace the **** system was reasonable as well. As I told my wife who was not with me at the time, the Norris Mechanical cavalry came to the rescue.

    We had 3 units serviced (regular maintenance) by Norris technician Aaron. He was very good- on time, professional, courteous and efficient. He explained what he was doing and also investigated and answered a question we had about one system. Norris installed our systems and has serviced them for several years. We have been very pleased from ownership (Hersey and Ryan) to office staff (Stephanie and Rachel have been great) to all technicians (Heath and others in addition to Aaron).

    Great Company! Cameron was so professional and nice. He knew exactly what to do. He is a great employee for your company! This was the second time he has serviced our AC and he did a wonderful job both times. The ladies in the office are so nice too! We have used this company for many years and never been disappointed.     Two new Trane heat pump systems were installed in February 2024. The price was reasonable. The installation crew was competent and professional, and completed the job in one day. Two seasonal tune-up visits were included in the contract. The first (summer) visit was performed by a similarly competent technician. Overall, the equipment and service have been commendable.
