    Despite multiple attempts to cancel membership before the renewal date, I have not received any response from Golfnet. I followed all of the proper channels on their website, and have been told each time that it would be responded to within 2 business days. I still have not received a response despite months of attempts by me. I will have to cancel my credit card or dispute the charge if they won't respond. I did research and it appears MANY others have had similar problems. The company appears to be a scam.

    The last 2 years tried to cancel before auto renew date says they dont offer refunds. Golfnet Handicap & Tournament Software cancel the service and it auto renews.How do I stop this do I have to cancel credit card?phone number:************** this is the phone no provided but nobody answers.can someone help me with this?     This was an annual renewal for GHIN handicapping services. I tried to cancel 12/23, however they indicated they don't provide refunds and the request was made after the renewal date.I charge has been poster to my credit card for $29.99 as of 12/4/2023. They should have canceled the membership when requested in Dec of 2022 and not billed again for the next year. The phone number provided ************** indicates it is not in service. In addition, the website ************************************************ has not responded to requests.

    Along with many others, I've been trying to cancel by subscription to this company since 8/10/20 but they've ignored my requests and continue to charge my credit card $29.95 every year.

    This is an app that is no longer supported but impossible to cancel. They continue to charge my credit card annually despite several attempts to cancel the service. There is no response to support tickets, and any associated phone numbers are disconnected.

    I have tried to cancel this membership 3 years in a row to no avail and they keep charging me $29.95 each year. First off, the app is deceiving as I did not sign up for the goods that i thought i was receiving. Second, it is impossible to to cancel. I have tried through the app to cancel and sent emails as well. No response ever. This company operates on deceptive practices and prays on people that will not spend the countless hours it takes to dispute these charges. Horrible, horrible "company".

    Each year for several years now , on or about May 17th, a charge of $29.95 is billed to my Mastercard. This seems to be a recurring annual charge. I receive no goods or services from this company and do not even know when or if I signed up. I have called the last two times this happened and was assured verbally that my membership would be cancelled-that was a lie. I never receive any confirmation of conversations. Once again , I have been billed in May 17th and it showed in my most recent statement. I cant cancel on line because I dont know user name or anything else they ask. I would like at least this most recent charge credited, but really should be about three years worth. What should I do?Thanks for your help

    Requested to cancel membership last year ( May 2022) in advance of the renewal using the support form and was charged anyway. There is no contact info to the company to call or response via direct email. My credit card was recently charged again (June 2023) regardless of requesting to cancel over a year ago.

    Unknown charge on my cc. Never ordered app from this fake company. No idea how they got my cc #. Canceled my credit card to stop charge. Fraud fraud fraud

    GolfNet will not respond to my request to cancel membership and continue to automatically charge my credit card.
