Love my hometown bank! The most excellent customer service provided from a ******************** institution and exceeds other businesses. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, whether I call on the phone or go in to a location. I highly recommend the Bank of Oak Ridge.Review from Jamye B

We have had an account there for years but technology makes it convenient where you dont have to go in much. But when we did, we met **** and he has been AMAZING! Very tentative, great personality, very helpful with our transactions just overall great customer service. In an emotional and stressful time where you are finalizing a loved ones estate, someone like **** is great to help you with your banking needs. Thank you ****/****/****! ****** is extremely knowledgeable, patient & kind. I love going into see her and her smiley face. My mom has trouble walking sometimes and ****** has gone outside to get information needed on occasion. We dont feel like an account but more like friends.Review from Rita D

As always better service than expected. I was missing one statement and needed to see if there were any checks to a subcontractor. Sent me image of the check and the statement via email while we were on the phone. Stayed with me to make sure everything was right. You can’t ask for better than that.Review from Erin P

We go to the New Garden and Summerfield branches frequently. Caroline, Sydney and Ty always make us feel welcome and go above and beyond. One of the few "local small town" branches left. We hope cooperate chains leave them alone and learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers. We love B.O.O.R!Review from Roland S

Suzanne Was friendly, precise, and very helpful. I know she is a busy lady, but she gave us all the time we needed. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable in all that we ask.
