I purchased a vehicle July 11, 2022 paid 11,062.89 got financed paid 3500.00 down drove this car for 2 weeks and it BROKE down!!! called the guy who sold it to me no answer never called me back... The temp tags ran out he still has yet to send me my tags...I talked to dmv said they was just gotten few days ago this was a weeks ago, so he STOLE MY TAGS AND HAS NOT STILL MAILED THEM ..i had a 30 day tag to expire 08/30/22 and I still have no tags for my car from him...The vehicle has a branded title so it has been wrecked he said it was hit in back with just the back bumper being replaced...I googled my vin and just seen it was the whole front end damage... and now THERE IS A RECALL ON THE ENGINE, however this is not covered because of the branded title and all of the lies he told to sell his junk TO ME AND MY CHILDREN... I just want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK AND HE CAN HAVE THIS VEHICLE BACK..I feel he has lied and lied and sold me a vehicle is not safe for me and my children. Now I buy a vehicle, drive it for two weeks it breaks down, title not good so veh must been wrecked, looking up vin it has, needs engine and not covered. I work a 50 hour week work some weeks and I an on the verge of loosing my job that pays for me a single mother to pay for everything and take care of her kids.. I need your help more than anything right now!!! FYI....I moved to this state found two totally different car lots buy two different vehicles, both have branded titles, I do not know and now BOTH NEED A NEW ENGINE!!!I have purchased two vehicles this year from two different used car places with both branded titles, both can not be covered by warranty. Its time someone take actions for doing consumers like me this way!!! Please help this single mother...
