            FlipBox Construction gave me a proposal to replace our front door and sidelights on April 16, 2021 totaling $4,568.85. The owner of FlipBox asked for a $2,741.31 down payment to procure the materials which I paid on April 19, 2021. A few weeks later the owner of FlipBox told me the materials had come in and that he would reach out shortly to install. Months went by and I never heard from FlipBox, they did not respond to calls, texts or emails. On October 13, 2021 I received an email from FlipBox stating that they intend on refunding the $2,741.31 but it would take a month to get the money arranged. Since that email, I have not heard from FlipBox again and they will not respond to calls, texts or emails. This is unfortunate because we had done work previously with FlipBox and it all went very well.

            Hired a crew that couldn't communicate with us and brought their children into our home while working. Also used our house like it was their own without prior consent. After leaving a mess, there were multiple issues with our floor that have since gotten worse (see below). When we talked to Rob about it, he continued to ask us "what can I do to make you happy?" We told him that fixing our floor would do the trick but he was unwilling to do so. After several attempts to contact him when the issues got worse, he won't return our calls or texts. Funny how he had no problem cashing our check though.
