- Our company takes a down payment when the Customer places their order. These down payment amounts range from 10% up to 20% depending on the retail price of the purchase. If customer cancels the refund is typically given back if the customer is unable to obtain a permit or has issues with the installing company that is beyond the customers control. Some companies do asses a 3%-7% restocking fee, again depending on the price of the unit. It is best to discuss refund with your sales person before you purchase.
