  Bought place from elderly couple, with one of there carports already installed. Was not installed correctly. Contacted customer service and they told me to bad so sad. They took advantage of the elderly people and didn’t put it up correctly. Missing braces about to fall down.

  I tried buying from other Carport manufacturers, made a deposit on one only to be told that Monday that the price went up,
  Eagle carports gave me a price, helped with the permit in Colorado. I sent a copy of the permit to Eagle, They called and said I would be put in scheduling. A day later I gate a call saying they would be here on Monday morning. They arrived about 8:00 am.
  By 5:00 they completed the 30x30 garage.
  The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They had cleaned up everything.
  They should get a bonus.
  I will let my neighbors know of the high quality of the building and craftsmanshop.

  Once they get there money will not fix any issues beware if you purchase from them do not buy there doors or windows or garage doors. Man doors and windows are housetrailer doors was a joke for 400 a piece just partical board told me I could pay another 700$ ea. They would switch out priced steel door at Lowes ws 378$ all day if they would of told me what I was getting would not have ordered from them . Guess I Learned and Got Burned hopefully this will help next person who thinking about using BIG BUILDING .COM THEY CONTRACT EAGLE CARPORTS this building was put up in oct.2022

  After having my installation day changed 4X, I am now being told that sliding a day or two does not constitute a 're-schedule'. In the sales contract it states that they can re-schedule an installation up to 3X, of which they have now exceeded. I have been trying to work with customer service and scheduling for a resolution with no movement. I have been promised a $500 refund/credit for the troubles and now am being told that technically they did not operate outside the confines of the contract. Several days I took off work to meet a crew at the job site and several times I was stood up. Poor communication, and customer support to say the least.

  I have been trying to reach someone at Eagle Carports for months and with no return call. That’s a long meeting! I had a garage built and it’s great but…..let’s just start from the beginning. I paid a contractor to come measure so I could get the correct measurements for the purpose of my garage. So when the crew came to install it they said it wouldn’t fit. Ok that’s on me. I paid the $500 plus restocking fee and Eagle had the crew that came out measure again. The next crew came and low and behold the measurements were wrong again. Of course there was another restocking fee which I refused to pay when your crew did the measurements. Finally I spoke with a young lady who helped get the restocking fee waived. So let’s do this again. The third crew starts installing my garage while I was at work and it’s off center. From where I wanted it. I talk to the guy and he says it’s because he couldn’t fit his ladder between the fence and the garage. Mind you that I moved an iron gate on the opposite side of the garage after the job was complete because the door couldn’t open all the way which was less space than where he said they could put the ladders. I spoke with my neighbor and they were fine with me taking the fence down and putting it back up but of course they didn’t have time for that which my contractor could’ve done in 5 minutes. So when I expressed that I wasn’t happy it didn’t matter as long as they were paid. If they moved the building over 5 inches I could’ve added 3 feet to my garage and my boat trailer wouldn’t be sticking out. It’s been over 3 months and still no one has reached out at all. I like the garage but I will find someone else to build my equipment garage.

  I ordered a 12 x 20 vertical roof carport. I was told by the dealer it could be 6 weeks before installation. On Eagle Carports website, my location is right on the fringe of their 5-10 day delivery zone. I received installation 7 days after my order date. I was very pleased. I had requested that the installation crew notify me 1 hour prior to arrival. That way I could leave work and be there when they arrived. The crew met that request. The crew was very efficient and polite. The reason I have not given them a 5-star rating is because they had the wrong color for my gable ends. As they were installing the building, I noticed the error and stopped them. The crew foreman retrieved my order form and confirmed that I was correct. He called someone. He asked me if I would take the color they had brought with them. I told him that I would but that I expected a discount. My discount offer ended up being 8.7%. I accepted the discount.
  Another item of concern was they wanted me to pay before they completed the installation. I refused. I called the main office in NC the following morning and paid my remaining balance. Initially, I am happy with my purchase and the installation of my carport.

  I cannot believe the quality of my new Eagle Carports building! The structural metal is a much higher grade than that of my previous building. The representative worked with me to design a 19' X 35' carport with 9' side walls, increased storage area and a roll-up door on the side of the carport. I am quite pleased with our design. Even though the installation crew was a day late, they did a great job!
