I purchased a new laptop on the Lenovo site in November of 2023. It would not turn on when fully charged. Lenovo sent me a new computer and told me to return the one I had. I did. The second laptop came with the wrong power cord. I called Lenovo; I had a 12-month warranty. They told me I purchased my laptop from ****** so they couldn't help me. WHAT?? They sent it to me. Finally they figured out that the serial number on this computer did not go with the product I had. They gave me the serial number they found when signing in to the backend of this laptop. So, I called support to get the power cord, and they told me this computer was not under warranty as it was sold to me "as is" No. I purchased a brand new computer for $1900. I bought the Yoga 9i dual screen book the new 32 gig... it's in ***** TEAL COLOR. Product comes with mouse, pen and keyboard that are all ***** TEAL. HOWEVER the mouse was missing from my package. I contacted them and they said no worries they can send a replacement the lady on chat failed to mention the color of the mouse would only be black I only knew because I was also on the phone with them too and the guy said he can replace the mouse but it's only in black color. I WAS ******. I asked if they can send me the black and then LATER I can return it and get the ***** TEAL they said no. I asked for a supervisor and they said we can give you 7% back OR you can get the black mouse.... I'm like WHO WOULD WANT A SET OF DISHES AND IF ONE WAS MISSING GET A PINK DISK IN A WHITE SET... like WHAT IN THE ****** THEN do all of the current yogi books in teal color has missing mouses like what the heck!! I was being nice and even said I'd use a replacement until the product is back in stock and EVEN return the wrong colored mouse after and she said it doesn't work like that and if I could I would... which makes no sense to me. I am just returning the full product now because that would bug me and it's a specific color that I can't buy that mouse elsewhere.Lenovo Response

I placed an order for a laptop that guaranteed it would arrive in a week. It didnt. I called twice and was first told May 8th and then told sometime around May 20th. Today I called to cancel my order and was told they would have to get permission. Im now waiting for an email that grants permission to cancel my order! I have been trying to contact Lenovo for nearly a month to get a memory compatibility guide for my 90UT GM09VED1 that I purchased in December 2023. All I seem to do is go in circles. There does not seem to be any way to contact tech support that works.Lenovo Response

I bought my machine in April of 2023. I have 13 tickets, and 2 repairs at the *************. Im about to have it sent in again for a 3rd time. I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased the laptop. I have had nothing but trouble, software trouble, performance trouble, the list goes on. I can't even get a detailed sheet of what they actually replaced rather than "fan" or "mainboard" what board was installed? what fan? 1 fan? 2 fan? Now that I have it back after the 2nd repair the fans speeds are lower, The machine is scorching hot when I play a basic game on low settings. Now when I first got this machine, it was great with getting the machine nice and cool. It is time now that I grow tired of trying to work with Lenovo with this same issue. Over and over and around around we have gone for about 6 months. I am looking at taking legal action in small claims court. I am not going to keep going around with Lenovo again.Review from Joseph F P

One star because I can't select a lower rating. ThinkPad from Lenovo is not the same as previous **** Their customer service is horrible. They are condescending and take weeks to go step by step. Don't buy their product.Lenovo Response

I ordered a tablet and cover on Feb 5th. Due to not being able to receive with signature and unable to reschedule a delivery **** said that either option had to be initiated on the shipper's end, which Lenovo refused to do), the tablet was returned to Lenovo. They processed the return on February 23 (confirmed by email), and here it is month later, March 23, and I have not received my refund of $357. Lenovo customer service is THE WORST. They keep extending posting my refund when originally they said it would be 3-5 business days. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge. Horrible customer service practices. Ordered a laptop from their website, it never arrived. *** said they attempted delivery but they didn't, I was home and facing the window at the time in question. It never made it back to their warehouse, so I have not received a refund. I think the driver stole it and now Lenovo refuses to refund. Will have to take it up with the credit card company. Related note: A driver stole a bike I ordered two years ago and **************** replaced it with free 24 hour shipping immediately. Lenovo won't even take responsibility.Lenovo Response

I ordered a laptop from Lenovo.com on 2/28. It was advertised to be available to ship that same day and delivery was slated to be today 3/5. My device has not yet shipped, and the revised ETA as soon as they had my money to 3/13. I still don't have a good idea when my order will ship, but every date I have seen from Lenovo so far has been fiction. Searching around, it appears that this is a common issue. Lenovo apparently doesn't care to deliver their consumer electronics in a timely fashion and be honest about shipping lead times. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone else order from them, prices be damned.Lenovo Response

Worst possible service ever, bought a laptop and it came with a broken screen, they sent me a new one but it has problems with the wifi, now I cant fix that because they forgot to activate the warranty on the new laptop!!! Ive been going back and forward with the customer service department and getting hung up by their rude staff, creating support cases that never get answered, I need my laptop for school and work and they just dont seem to be willing to helpLenovo Response
