I purchased a Meet and Greet package. 2 tickets. Over $1,100.00. I know that's an insane amount of money but hear me out. ONE DAY before the show, the VIP people send out an email that says "No autographs, and no pictu*** with your iPhones". I lost my mind. No way I'm paying over $1,100.00 for a group photo or some low *** website photo. So I asked the ticket company and the event site for a refund. No ***ponse. So I reversed the charges on my card because they charged me for something that they were not delivering. The card company agreed with me and refunded my money. Fast forward a few months, I'm trying to buy ZZ TOP tickets, and I keep getting these weird error messages when I hit SUBMIT to pay for the tickets. No explanation, just some obscure message code. So of course, I lose my good seats. I try again probably 8 different times using different browsers, different payment methods, etc. No luck. I finally email ETIX and they say essentially, "Since you had a chargeback, we're not doing business with you anymore". So I appealed it, explaining the discrepancy and they're like "We looked at your appeal and no". So anything I can do to drive people away from ETIX, I'm doing it. BUYER BEWARE. Use StubHub instead, even Ticketmaster (I never thought I'd say that).

Hi Mr. ********* We apologize for your frustration. As a contracted ticketing provider, Etix is bound by the terms of purchase provided to us by our partner venues. We do not set these policies, but our employees must enforce them. Regards, Etix

You didnt read my comment fully. This issue was not with ****** ********* show. It was the fact that ETIX refused to sell me tickets to the ** Top concert, because I did a chargeback. READ MORE CAREFULLY. AND EVERYONE, NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ETIX. EVER. My next complaint is with the State Attorneys General.

If I could leave a 0, I would. I have tried etix many times to purchase tickets for different events and receive an error every time. Their bit says it is some information that cant be verified. Ive tried every combination of my name, address, email and phone # and multiple credit cards and receive the same error every time. I called and was on hold for a very long time only to have them tell me they would submit a support ticketno help with actually purchasing the tickets I wanted. I received an email response stating that they believed they found and fixed the problem and to try again. If it didnt work, call the same #, wait on hold forever and get the same answer. The only option that they gave me for a solution was to purchase tickets onsite at the eventwhich was sold out long before it happened. There is nothing wrong with my cards, they work anywhere else. Very disappointed customer!

This company does not care about customers. If your transaction goes wrong, they stonewall you from answers they should be able to easily answer They send you in loops between the credit card companys and their customer support, evading responsibility and refusing to give you information they have to have and answers that are easily in their accountings. I truly believe they steal you money given the right chance and prey on the individual consumer, hiding behind hierarchys in customer service and blocking you from reaching the right people. This company is making money on their ability to dodge accountability and avoiding transparency. Using their size and credibility against the consumer. They believe they are untouchable and have leaned on their resources and the average consumers lack of ability to access the right resources to really get answers and action. They want frustration and hopelessness to have individuals give up on their quests for corrective actions. This company is unethical, illogical and corrupt to its core. They should not be in business and should be reprimanded for their criminal actions and arguable illegal actions against consumers across their global network

I had purchased tickets to *** ********* in September 2024. The event was cancelled only a few days before due to the musician was undergoing cancer treatment. My heart and prayers truly go out to him. However, my issue is that the will not refund, they only "reschedule" till April 19th 2025. This will be Easter weekend and I definitely will not be able to attend. When I KNOW I cannot attend on that date they should have some courtesy to refund now. Also, how do we know it will not be cancelled yet again due to his unfortunate illness. I paid $520 for 4 tickets PLUS the etix service charge of $170.32 and email delivery of $6.95. There has been NO service and email delivery is a scam. I will never use them again. All of these on line ticket places are price gauging us all. If we all boycott them, they will go out of business!!!!!Wish there was a zero star rating. They dont even deserve the required 1 star *** *.Burned in *****

On 2 occasions and on separate credit cards, I purchased tickets for an event online via eTix. Both cards began receiving fraudulent transactions the day the tickets were purchased and for many days after. The amounts of each of the fraudulent charges ranged from$1.50 to $2.50 each. The description of the charges was for ********** Claim and included an 800 number. I had to cancel and file disputes over the charges with banks. Not happy with eTix and will not puchase tickets through them again.

Hi Ms. ******** We're disappointed you experienced issues with your credit card, though the **** Remove Claim" charges posted are not in relation to any Etix charge. If you believe this charges were fraudulent, we hope you took appropriate action to protect yourself. We see the tickets you purchased were all successfully redeemed. We hope you enjoyed the events and welcome the opportunity to service you again in the future. Regards, Etix

I have been purchasing tickets to a local event. I went back to my account to purchase another ticket, I was denied. I tried to purchase this additional ticket on several occasions and continually was denied. I called customer service and they stated that my account was locked and furthermore, they stayed, they do not know why my account was locked but that I will not be able to purchase anymore tickets until my account is unlocked and that could take approximately 4 weeks. Meanwhile, the event on which I would like to attend is next week. Therefore, this company has locked to me out of attending an event because of an unknown issue with their system, and it could take a month or more to resolve.

Awful I really wish I didn't have to give them one star. I waited for 2 hours to purchase tickets on their site. When reading everything throughly I thought okay I can purchase without any issues. When I go to make purchase it Etix stated that I need a pass code to continue with my purchase. There wasn't anything in the instructions stating I needed a passcode. This is unfair to the public who wants to attend concerts.
