    I recently bought a 2012 **** Focus SE from a private seller. Sent my vehicle here for free repairs due to a recall on the **** They called me later on to inform me that my entire transmission needed replaced/rebuilt. They wanted to charge me $5400+ plus for the repairs because they can't replace the *** with a bad transmission. I declined the repairs because they "don't do payment plans for repairs". After declining the repairs they still wanted to charge me $150 even though they made no repairs to the vehicle claiming, "It's a diagnostic and labor fee." I'm pretty sure the lady from the corporate office basically told me that even though I set up the initial repairs through the app and the app told me the recall repairs would be free, that because the vehicle is over 10 years old and out of warranty, that after repairs were done they would have denied the recall request and charged me for the repairs anyway. After this, I will never own a **** vehicle again. This whole process has been like going to the doctor for a cough and walking out with a missing arm.

    I have a 2017 Ford Expedition it has two recalls on it I've been to ******** **** *** ******** **** **** ******** **** Ford made me appointment I drop the car off then they called and told me to come back and get it that they didn't have the parts how did they not know they didn't have the parts when they made the appointment, they told me they had to order the parts it's been a month and I still have not heard nothing back from them this is horrible especially on a recalls that need to be fixed.
