      This is our second loan with this company. We paid the first one off. Since Covid we have been struggling, but make sure we make payments as soon as we can. Yesterday, we were two payments behind, made a payment LAST week and today a tow truck comes and tows our truck away. You see a few months ago Coastal called me and asked, when I could make a payment, I told them I am a contractor and I cant really give you an exact day, I get paid, when I finish the job. The guy tells me ok Ill put it down for Friday. My husband explained again, Im not sure, if it will be Friday. They hung up and Friday comes and this guy calls saying you promised to make a payment, is your word not good!!! The nerve. Again, we are not first time customers, we paid double the price of our first car with these people and the same with the truck we have. So we had to come up with the two payments plus another three hundred fie the towing and again, we are struggling that why we are behind. When my husband went to pay Coastal, the guy said right to his face he took the car because my husband wont answer the phone for him. Who the f*** is he. You obviously know we are struggling, if we arent making payments every month, but we just made one last week, so you come and take our truck like a child because we wont answer your calls so you can insult us. YOU WILL NEVER GET THAT OPPORTUNITY AGAIN TO TAKE THE ****** trust me. The ****** office was a pleasure to deal with. DONT GO NEAR THE WILMINGTON ONE. I know, when you have to go to a place like this, your credit is not so great. You dont have a lot of choices. We are working on that and will never ever use Coastal Finance again. People are struggling and you cost them more money because you want to throw a temper tantrum because I wont answer the phone!!! Im still not going to answer the phone now. ! I have somebody that is going to refinance the truck for me. I will be writing reviews everywhere and contacting corp.
