    I took my 14-year-old son to this company and have regretted it ever sense. When I initially walk through the door I was greeted (let’s use that term loosely ) by the “office manager”. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. She looked like Mimi from Drew Carey and her desk was covered in toys and trolls. That was an immediate flag that I probably should have paid attention to. The first counselor I met was the most arrogant person I have ever met and he just couldn’t manage to make time to see my son. Obviously another red flag to the type of business this is. The second counselor they put me in contact with was very young and seemed OK. We scheduled online visits out of convenience for both of our schedules. My problem is she never kept the visits she was constantly canceling them last minute because something more important came up. She all of a sudden remembered that she had something that had been “ on her calendar for a long time“ yet she seemed to not remember when she scheduled the appointments. They wanted me to leave my debit card number with them to charge on a weekly basis for my co-pay amount. I don’t have a problem with but they refused to send me any kind of receipt except for a text showing the deducted amount from the counselors Square. When I requested a receipt to turn into my HSA account I was told that they don’t do these upon transactions. The office manager stated she only does these on a monthly basis even though my HSA account requires them for every transaction. Doesn’t seem really that hard to provide yet she didn’t want to overwork. They also never answer the phone when you contact them so I would say working is not a priority for this “office manager“. We discussed them charging the account monthly when they do billing but the therapist wasn’t willing to wait for the $30 per session when she already collects over 250 from my insurance. Her excuse was it’s against office policy. I contacted my HSA company to try to work with them on this but they were insistent that if I didn’t have receipts to them within the week of the transaction the card would not work for the next charge. I explained this to the office manager but she was insistent that she refused to do anything other than a monthly invoice cycle. Her reasoning was “if I do it for one I have to do it for all“. I guess she thinks she’s teaching school and I’m one of her students. When I push the subject they decided that they could no longer see my son because it was a conflict of interest. Apparently requesting a receipt for payment that you made to a shifty company is a conflict of interest. This company and the counselors do not have you or your children as a priority. The scariest part is this counselor is also high school counselor. I am so glad my kids does not attend that school. I hope that anyone that reads this passes the information on so they do not have this kind of nightmare experience that my family has. Also just a note I have every email and text saved that the counselor, “office manager“ and staff have sent me to back up my review.
