On July 18,2023 I went to the beauty school to get my roots dyed and have color pulled through the rest of my hair. The last time I was at pinnacle was on December 13,2022. That visit the student and instructor did a horrible job at dying my roots,I have pictures of this. The teacher was obnoxious to me and I was offended and never went back in 2 weeks to fix my hair. I was stressed out and depressed over this. On July 18,2023 I talked to the teacher who only gave me the name **** I liked the color of my ends but not how it looked washed out. She said they have my formula and I replied that I dont remember what that color looks like because its been at least 7 to 9 months since I saw that color. **** used a tiny comb on my wet hair with dye in it and yanked my head so much I had a migraine for 48 hours and neck pain for 3 days. I called the school and said I thought my hair would be lighter once it dried. When I called them on July 19,they were not understanding and told me I had to be there at 10am and if Im not there by aug 2 they will not fix my hair. I live in *************, it takes 1.5 hours to 2 hours to drive to ***********. I want the school to fix my hair to the right color and be polite about it. Im not rude to them and they shouldnt be rude to me. This cost me $80.00 plus I use a lot of gas to get there. Im on disability. There are 5 spots on my head that were not dyed and you can see gray hair. This is unacceptable. Im stressing out over this and I need them to fix this and be polite. This is serious. The lady named **** couldnt wait to get off the phone with me. I do not treat people this way and that school shouldnt treat real people as if they are a plastic doll head. I have an appointment for August 01,2023 at 10 am, **** said it was the only time she would fix my hair. My appointments were at 12 noon in the past. I have an a1c 6 blood sugar level and now I have to bring food with me so I wont pass out.
