Dropped my dump truck off to get it diagnosed, when we dropped the dump truck off we informed them either the lines were blocked or the fuel pump went out. The truck would start with starting fluid but would cut right back off so we knew the truck was not getting gas. They stated they worked on the truck for 3 days & total hours was 8 hours and found out the fuel injection was bad in the truck which we already had stated in the first place. They also stated that they couldnt rebuild the fuel injection they would have to send it off to get rebuilt and that would cost around 2k. Which was understandable with the price to get it rebuilt. I was also told they had drained the tank. Upon calling today I told the I would just come & get my truck. I was told the total just for diagnosing the truck, not fixing it or anything just diagnosing was going to be $1500. So then the supervisor called to ask what we were willing to pay. And knocked the price in half. When I came to pick up the truck the tank was full of the fuel they supposedly had drained!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RETURN BACK TO BAUCOM SERVICE A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE BECAUSE I WAS A FEMALE THEY COULD GET OVER ON ME WHICH IS COMPLETELY SAD TO SAY!!!!! BUT I WOULD NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE THE REVIEWS ARE SO LEGIT RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!!!!
