      Horrible. We live a 1 1/2 away from the clinic, we went and did my wifes physical and were told it would take about 2 weeks to get her package done. We had to get a vaccine which was sent to a local cvs, turns out the doctor sent the wrong does (for children) so we had to get another ordered, couple weeks later we get a call saying its done and we can pick it up, we drive to the clinic and we get there and they tell us its not done and whoever we talked to doesnt know what theyre talking about and they have been having a lot of problems with their call center and miscommunication. Then she gets a call stating shes missing a couple vaccines that she already got and already sent to them, along with her needing to get a flu shot which no one said anything about when she was there for her physical. We set an appointment to go get the flu shot, then they call us an hour before we were gonna get her shot and tell us that she no longer needs it and we can come in and get her package buuuut she has to redo a form because she filled it out in blue ink, btw the pen was given to her to fill out the paper work and when she handed it in they said nothing. After all of that stressful bs we finally picked it up today. I urge everyone to save yourself the time and the stress, dont go to this place.
