The care, expertise and craftsmanship shown has made me the happiest home buyer on the planet. My mind's eye could not conceive how beautiful it was going to be, it's BETTER than I imagined. I LOVE my Smith Douglas Home!! The folks that take time to appreciate good work need to be louder than the unhappy ones. I read reviews prior to making my decision to purchase and saw a few that stood out negatively...I realized that a lot of people don't listen to instructions, they don't follow processes, they don't read documents, and they don't abide by rules of a given warranty and are then unhappy with those results and likely the same folks that take time to write a bad review. I am SO GLAD that I chose Smith Douglas Homes and thank GOD for connecting us. Truly!! Not only did I get the best vibe from the seller's agent, I also got the best vibe from the mortgage person. They rocked my loan and made that process a pleasure. They then connected me with *********** insurance that saves me a TON of cash! I was STOKED!! I would hella recommend my best friend, my ******** mom's best friend and anyone that wanted an amazing home to Smith Douglas Homes! They are talented, fun and creative!! My General Contractor was a whole other kind of HERO and one of a kind perfectionist, he ran a tight ship and exceeded expectations so much that he finished the project early and recommended me to my new favorite restaurant~ out of control mind blowing service that I will be bragging about forever. with tears of joy in my eyes, Smith Douglas Homes gave me my silver lining, my dream home! thank you for reading this review!
