    I canceled this account and they came out unnoticed when I wasnt home, I called the company to let them know the account was canceled and I do have the email confirming I it and they told me I still had a pay $198 and I told him I wasnt going to cause I already canceled the account and it wasnot my fault that they just showed up and did the work without being authorized to do so. I am a senior citizen and I am being harassed about sending me to collections when I call, they are very rude. Are they justhang up on me?

    After reviewing the complaint, we checked our phone records and, unfortunately, we were unable to locate any calls associated with the phone number provided. In order to investigate this situation more thoroughly, we kindly ask if you could provide a copy of the cancellation email or letter you mentioned. This will greatly assist us in resolving the issue and ensuring that all proper steps were taken.

    Please know that being rude or dismissive to our customers is absolutely not acceptable, nor is it representative of our values or standards of service. We are especially concerned to hear that you felt disrespected and harassed, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure proper conduct is maintained at all times.

    If the service was indeed canceled and performed without authorization, we want to understand exactly what happened so we can take appropriate action. Again, any documentation you can provide will help us make this right.

    We value all our customers, and we especially want to make sure our senior customers feel respected and supported. We look forward to your response and the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly.
