    Had issues from the start with the *** fans. I emailed them and it took me 3 times trying to get their attention. They didn't even help walk me through fixing the issue and the issue was never resolved. Then my computer started to freeze. They sent me tests to complete and they did not help or give insight into the issue. Finally my computer's GPU just fell apart. It had never been moved once. Nor did it ever drop. Their customer service, poor quality of product, and understanding what can be helpful with a customer is an F. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Customer had issues with email delivery, missing half of our replies. 
    Fan issue was resolved by sending a new control hub. 
    Other issues were reported after the hardware warranty expiration and we still offered technical support. 

    Customer did not reply with the requested information for troubleshooting. 
    We have tried to provide support after the warranty expiration but encountered unreasonable demands and threats instead of replies with requested info and test results.
