    My tenant contacted me about an overflowing toilet, so I called Poseidon Plumbing and paid their $85 diagnostic fee. When the technician arrived, the cheapest of the three estimates they provided was nearly $600just to replace a fill valve, flapper, and braided supply line, which in my opinion, is more than needed to be done to repair the issue. No way all 3 of those parts failed.I am a property manager and deal with home repairs via third-party vendors every day. This pricing is outrageous. I voiced my concerns, and the best discount they could offer was 10% off. Considering this is a 30-minute job with around $50 in parts, the markup is excessive. I declined the service, paid the diagnostic fee, and will be looking elsewhere for a reasonably priced plumber.Beware of this vendorthey will profit from a diagnostic fee even if you don't accept their gouged pricing estimates. Look elsewhere.

    If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They took advantage of me (being a woman). We were having trouble with our hot water tank (still had hot water but didn’t stay hot for long) and Rodney came out and didn’t even diagnose the problem and told us we needed a new hot water tank. We were quoted $8,800 for a tankless heater, $7,100 for a 50gal tank and $2,000 to “rebuild” our old tank. They “cut us a deal” and installed a tankless water heater for $6,000. I should’ve done my research before agreeing to that but I’ve called several other companies since that will install for $3k-3,500. I would highly recommend not using this company unless you want to spend double the money and get completely ripped off.

    The owner, Chris, came to our house to “make things right” and he refused to find a middle ground to come up with a solution. Please avoid this company at all costs. They are a predatory company and they price gouge.
