I signed up my 9 year old son for a baseball training session that the website offered. After paying the registration fee I was sent to a page where you have to buy the items required for the chosen sport. I bought a pair of shorts, a pair of socks, and a baseball glove. They sent me an email with the infomation for the week but there was no baseball, which was what I had paid for. I called one of the numbers that appeared in the email and the person told me that they did not have baseball and that the training was in various disciplines. She told me to contact customer service. I called and the person who answered said she would contact the director named ****** *********. The next day she writes me and tells me that the training would be on Saturday July 12th and that it would be given over 6 weekends, that day after driving for 1 hour we arrived at the site and there were some employees of i9 sports whom I asked where I could locate my son to take the class, they tell me that they do not have baseball there and that they only have something called Tball and that my son is too old to take that class so we had to return home with my son crying. I write to the director ****** who tells me that there is another place to take the training but my son no longer believes in me and says no so I request a refund of the money I paid, they tell me that I must request it online and that the registration money must be approved by the director who will contact me but never did and that the equipment money is with another agency, finally on July 16th they deposit $82.29 into my checking account and I had paid a total of $90.82 plus $10.34 for shipping the items that were never used by the child. I've made more than 8 calls to customer service, and they always tell me the same thing: the director will contact me, and if she hasn't contacted me within 48 hours, I should call them again. Since the service was not provided, I'd like a full refund for my registration fee.

On July 3, customer **** signed registered his son for the Multi-Sport camp starting on July 7 which was indicated on his registration confirmation.

    2. Also on July 3 I responded and offered to transfer his registration to baseball after he indicated he registered for the wrong program. **** asked for information regarding the program info which was provided..at the time of the email, the age of the player was not indicated. **** did not confirm he wanted to transfer, therefor the process was not completed.

    3. On July 14, **** sent an email and stated he went to ********* for baseball and was told his son was not able to play due to his age. **** requested a refund for the program, which we do have a no refund policy. I responded indicating he did not sign up for baseball, but multisport camp. I asked him to send the registration confirmation which indicated the start date and location. He arrived at ********* after a general inquiry regarding our baseball program, not because he was registered for baseball at **** ,which he would not have been able to do due to his son's age.

    4. On July 23, he sent a follow up email regarding his refund, which was being reviewed due to our no refund policy. On July 24 prior to knowledge of his complaint, he was sent an email stating his request had been received and will be processed in 3 business days.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Just if the refund is for the total amount.

    Thank you.
