This was a shooting competition that is called Glocktober that started on October 1st and ends after the 31st.The rules were simple; whoever gets the highest score wins the prize at said location I'm filing a complaint against.I've been told by staff members both inperson and through the phone that I won 1st place with the highest score.*** (Point Blank Range) deceived me after the contest by combining both *** locations (Matthews and ***********) as one location to win the 1st place prize by a spin of a computer generated wheel. This wasn't part of the rules nor was this discussed in detail to begin with as far as the contest ******* was suppose to be whoever has the highest score within the location I was in wins the 1st place prize (which is suppose to be a new Glock 19 Gen4)Needless to say, I haven't won anything even though I won with the highest score in *** at the Matthews location.I've gave the contest 20 tries ($10.00 a try), so that is $200 down the drain, even though I got the highest score. There was at least 252 contestants that entered the contest (as described on the Instagram video on the *** Matthews page along with the 1st prize wheel spin) that also includes winning a raffle that involves a free new Glock 19 Gen4 All I ask is that I claim my 1st place prize for having the highest score, which is a Glock 19 Gen4.

We reject Mr. *********** characterization of the rules for this competition and what he says he was told.  There is nothing in writing that says the competition was for both stores or each individual store, but all participants were told the winner would be the highest score between both of our stores.  Mr. ********* called our Matthews location on 10/31/2025 in regards to his status on the Glocktober Shoot leaderboard and spoke with our Assistant Manager. At that time he was informed that he was in first place in the Matthews store with a score of 120. He was also reminded at that time that the competition is between both stores and that he is the top shooter for Matthews, and that the Assistant Manager was unsure of the top score at the *********** store.  He was told he could check back with us in a day and that we would have more information on the shoot, as we were in the process of finishing everything up. He seemed to understand that the highest score between the two stores would be the winner and did not object.  On 11/1/25 he again spoke with our Assistant Manager and was told that a Mooresville participant also had a score of 120.  He was told that in the case of a tie, the tie would be broken by the spin of a computerized wheel.  He was informed that we would be going live on Instagram later that day at 4pm to conduct the tie breaker.  Again, as with our previous conversation, he seemed to understand how the winner would be determined and did not object. The wheel spin was performed live on Instagram at 4pm and he unfortunately was not the winner.  All of our staff were very much aware that the competition was between both stores and he would not have told that the highest score in each store would be awarded a free Glock.  He seemed to be fine with that and never objected until he didn't win the tie-breaker.  We are sorry he is disappointed with the outcome of the shoot, but we believe the rules were clear to all participants.
