******* Management and the ************* *** are in breach of the ************* Declarations and the ** *** Policy. They have been harassing us with unwarranted letters of alleged violations where approvals were already sought and obtained.We sent a letter to ******* on July 4, 2022 regarding the harassment and racist behavior of one of their board members. They have retaliated against us since our letter of July 4, 2022, by sending seven (7) alleged violations within a 1-week time period. We have received a total of 11 letters of alleged violations since our July 4, 2022, email regarding their board member.******* Management Company and the *** has conducted harassing actions and unwarranted letters of alleged violations exhibiting a pattern of unethical and unfair management. The improvements to our exterior home were pre-approved by the *********************** over a year prior to these violation letters being sent. The work was also completed more than a year prior to the violation letters being sent.The *** Board has a duty to abide by the Declarations and *** Policy as well as **** law. They have failed to base their decisions on these Declarations or *** Policy, and ruled based on their own interpretation of ambiguous provisions and clauses within the Declarations and ** *** Policy. They have violated the terms of the Declaration because they are adding definitions that do not exists, not seeking the majority (67%) approval of the residents to make a change, revising timelines to remedy violations that are shorter than the required time period in the Declaration, and not abiding by the ** ***************** Act. They are in breach of the Declarations and *** Policy and have continually harassed us preventing the right to live peacefully.
