Hired SDR pools to install pool, stone walls and cement patio. Had stone wall crack, contacted ***** the owner and he sent his sub contractor out and was promptly fixed. Contacted ***** the owner in regards to drain in the cement patio not being installed right. He said he would take care of it and have his sub contractor ***** stop and take a look. ***** came to look at the problem, admitting it was installed wrong ! ***** will not return texts or phone calls. Now October and he was first contacted in May!!! Buyer beware!!!

Hi Dear,I'm really apologize for any inconvenience related with you swimming pool.Sir, honestly there is nothing wrong with the installation, because there is only one way to install a deck-o-drain, the way we installed yours and every customer for the last 18 years.-WARRANTY COVERAGES (that we both signed in 2019 ) Our sub contractors offers and cover the warranty, as listed below, by trade.-Pool Structure: LIFETIME WARRANTY -Pool Equipment: 3 YEARS (FULL WARRANTY DIRECTLY WITH MANUFACTURER/NO DEDUCTIBLE)-Mechanical + Electrical + Plumbing: 1 YEAR WARRANTY (LABOR & MATERIALS)-Masonry: 1 YEAR WARRANTY (LABOR & MATERIALS)-POOL COMPLETION: Early Spring/2020.CONTACT:When you contacted me about this matter, I automatically referred you to our Concrete Sub Contractor. I understand he meet you and discussed the solution directly with you. At that point your concrete patio, including the drain channel already was out of warranty (1 year). SOLUTION:I understand, the concrete sub contractor, who performed your job, is willing to help you to replace the drain channel, but because is out of warranty, you will have to cover the "COST" for materials and labor, or you can hire any other concrete contractor if you want.Please contact me directly at any time if you have any questions.Regards,
