1 starWe have been a customer since 2019 before ****** Pest ********************** was bought out by Killingsworth Environmental and now it's been a while since they were bought out by Anticimex. When you are a customer a certain level of trust is given. When our family had an emergency (wasps / nest in the bathroom fan) this trust was tested and unfounded. A call left at 8am on the emergency line went unanswered. A followup call at 10:30am and finally a call at 12:30pm led to a "best we can do" being almost 2 weeks away. We found a different company via a friend with much better customer service. We called and cancelled our service with this company and would highly recommend others do the same. Their "retention specialist" called back only after we were driven to handle the emergency ourselves. They simply cannot be trusted when you need them.Killingsworth Environmental

He took the time to listen to our issues and came up with good solutions to our spider and yellow jacket problems. He was thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done right. 5 starsKillingsworth is fabulous! We thought we had termites, so **** *. came out ASAP and inspected. We did not, but it was enough to scare us into getting a termite plan for our house. **** *. installed the bait traps. I decided to subscribe to the bug treatment and mosquito treatment plans at the same time, and I am so happy I did! No more spiderwebs in my windows! No more bugs hiding in my corners! And best of all, the mosquitoes are leaving us alone so we can enjoy the best room of our house- the outdoor patio! Thank you **** *. for taking care of us!Killingsworth Environmental
